How to Cook Rice Noodles?

All you require is hot water and a deep heatproof bowl. Take a large amount of water and let it boil vigorously. Take out your noodles from their pack and place them in the deep mixing bowl. Pour the boiling water over these and let them soak for a few minutes.

To get the best results, stir your noodles after every two minutes. This will loosen them up, and once they have become completely limp, they are thoroughly cooked.

The average cook time for rice vermicelli depends on their thickness, however, normally it takes about 10 minutes for them to cook. Be vigilant while you are cooking because if you exceed their cooking time, the result will be mushy noodles.
